Why do you use the R.I.S.E. Training Ball?

"I use the R.I.S.E. Training Ball in order to strengthen my hands and to improve my game overall. It is one of the best training devices out there."


How does the R.I.S.E. Training Ball vary from other training products you have used? 

"The R.I.S.E. Training Ball is different then any other product because you do not have to adjust your stick and you don't have to put anything together. You can just grab the bucket of balls and go improve your game."

Why do you use the R.I.S.E. Training Ball?

"I use the R.I.S.E Training Ball because it gives me a competitive advantage when it comes to my training.  As a defenseman it is an excellent tool for ground ball and stick drills. Using the R.I.S.E. training ball for wall ball drills will improve your hand eye coordination and your hands.  I will continue to train with the R.I.S.E Training Ball."

"The extra weight the R.I.S.E Training Ball carries will make you focus that much more when you are working on your stick skills.  Having that extra weight in the head of your stick will make you have softer hands while passing and shooting when you transition back to a normal ball. "Resistant training has become a staple in training regiments for all professional athletes. Maximizing movements in an efficient fashion is where the R.I.S.E. ball comes into play. The R.I.S.E. ball allows me to take resistant training and combine it with my traditional stick work routine to train in the most efficient and effective manner."

Why do you use the R.I.S.E. Training Ball?

"I use the R.I.S.E. training ball mostly with youth goalies that I train. We use it for ball toss drills working on hand eye coordination and hand quickness. I also do drills that try to increase hand speed with tossing the ball against a wall at a rapid pace." 


How does the R.I.S.E. Training Ball vary from other training products you have used? 

"The R.I.S.E. training ball adds more weight to the workouts than a regular lacrosse ball. There is not a huge difference in weight, but the difference multiplied by the mass number of repetitions makes a huge difference. This is a great tool to help increase hand speed for goalies."
